2018 Certified Horsemanship Association's The Instructor Magazine

The Instructor magazine is the the official magazine of the Certified Horsemanship Association. Sarah Evers Conrad has served as the editor of this publication since 2015, and she currently is an advertising representative. This four-color annual publication includes informative and engaging features, CHA news and updates, the CHA Annual Report, and more. In the 2018 issue, Sarah authored the cover story, "Secrets of Success for Riding Instructors," and the second feature, "Riding Your Career Path." In addition, she wrote content in the sections on the CHA Board of Directors, CHA Award Winners, and CHA News in the annual report. Jill Montgomery authored "Risk Management is a Must."
CHA is the largest certifying body of riding instructors and barn managers in North America. CHA certifies instructors and trail guides, accredits equestrian facilities, publishes educational manuals, produces educational horsemanship DVDs and YouTube Safety shorts, and hosts regional and international conferences.
Approximately 4,500 issues of The Instructor are distributed to all CHA members, CHA individual and equine facilities program members, and at CHA's International and Regional Conferences, and at all trade shows and events that CHA attends.
